I’m Ryan Neff, a retired firefighter and financial professional with New York Life in Casper, Wyoming.
Before beginning this chapter of my career, I spent 20 years as a firefighter. The fire service taught me the importance of hard work, preparation, and taking care of people. It also showed me firsthand how quickly life can change and how important it is to have a plan for the people who depend on you.
After retiring, I knew I still wanted a career centered around helping others. That desire to continue serving people is what led me to New York Life.
Today, I work with individuals, families, business owners, and fellow first responders to help them protect what they’ve worked hard for and prepare for the future. I believe in keeping things straightforward—getting to know you, understanding what matters most, and helping you explore options that fit your goals.
My wife and I have two adult children and two grandkids. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, golfing, traveling, and spending time with my family.
For 20 years, my job was to show up when people needed help. The uniform may have changed, but my commitment to serving others hasn’t.
If you’d like to talk about what’s important to you, your family, or your business, I’d welcome the opportunity to connect and get to know you.
